Automated Liquid Handling Workstation
The VERSATM Series of automated liquid handling equipment has been designed to satisfy the increased demand, technical requirements and budgets for general liquid handling systems in today’s modern laboratories.
Automation is revolutionizing the way scientists do research – automated liquid handling helps maximize accuracy, precision and throughput while minimizing time and consumable costs. However, the prevalent thought that automated liquid handling systems are expensive, complicated, and space-consuming leave many scientists unwilling or unable to maximize the potential of their work.

VG 411 Hydride Vapor Generator
The VG 411 Hydride Vapor Generator provides enhanced sensitivities, reduced interferences and extremely low detection limits for of mercury and hydride-forming metals.
By reducing mercury to Hg(0), the cold vapor can be easily analyzed down to parts per trillion levels. The generation of volatile hydride species allows for the sub-trace detection of key elements, which are often difficult to detect. Aurora’s revolutionary design of the gas-liquid separator allows for optimum performances for both hydride and cold vapor determinations. -
LUMINA 3400 Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer
The LUMINA 3400 Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer utilizes precise syringe pumps to provide sub trace detection and elemental analysis of hydride-forming elements. The unique vapour/hydride generator provides enhanced sensitivities and reduced interferences for parts per trillion (ppt) detection of Mercury (Hg), Arsenic (As), Cadmium (Cd), Zinc (Zn), Bismuth (Bi), Selenium (Se), Tellurium (Te), Antimony (Sb), Tin (Sn), Germanium (Ge), and Lead (Pb). -
TRACE 1800 Atomic Absorption Spectrometer
Aurora recognizes that shifting industry standards require increased precision and accuracy for trace elemental analysis. Building on the successes of the TRACE AI1200 spectrometers, Aurora has now launched the TRACE 1800 atomic absorption spectrometer. Utilizing a fully reflected optics system to avoid wavelength discrimination and a patented micro-injection system for flame AA, the TRACE 1800 represents the most advanced atomic absorption spectrometer currently on the market

Spectrophotometers
Spectrophotometers
A spectrophotometer measures sample compositions and concentrations as a function of the color intensity, or more specifically, the wavelength of light absorbed by the analyte. UV/Vis spectroscopy is routinely used in the quantitative determination of solutions of transition metals and highly conjugated organic compounds. Using Beer’s law, information about sample concentration can be determined from the absorbance and information about sample composition and contaminants can be determined by the specific wavelengths at which the analyte absorbs UV or visible light. A sample is placed in the spectrophotometer and ultraviolet or visible light at a certain wavelength, or range of wavelengths, is transmitted through the sample. The spectrophotometer measures how much light is absorbed by the sample and produces a report for the user.
